Howevere, here are some tips:

• You can create folders or use any file as a folder. For instance, if you have an emule source for a given subject, you can create filders there for stuff you're not interested in, you already downloaded, or in other formats.
• Once a file was found from an emule source, you can move it around and it won't be found again. For instance, you can sort on emule hash, find files that have the same hash on this folder and use Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V to copy and paste it on another file with the same hash. This way, you'll have folders with all the different names for the same file.
