CD Catalog is a powerful cataloging system for local files.

IMPORTANT: If you're using version 0.4, please update to 0.4a. There's a bug and it looses the emule servers.

It also catalogs files on the emule/edonkey/ed2k network. It searchs for files on the emule network and store search results. It also indicates whether you already have emule files on some CD.

NEW! It searches on ALL servers it finds. That is, connect to one server, search for files, connect to another one, and so on, until there are no more servers left. If it's there, you'll find it!

It helps locating similar files, searching on file names. You can create folders or use any file as a folder, to store related files (for instance, the same file with different names). This way, it really helps you to manage all files you download, avoids getting the same file again, and manages them when they are on CDs.

On local sources (CD or HD), you can create "logical paths" to files, and show them in a Explorer-style interface on the structure you prefer. For instance, you have 5 CDs of music from the same artist; althrough they are on different CDs, you can show all of them on the same folder. It´s like "adding" CDs.

It also has a search system and allows for comments on each file.

It opens ZIP files, as if they were folders. Since this takes more time, it´s optional by individual local source.
